Tubing Adventure in the Great Smoky Mountains
Have you ever been to the Great Smoky Mountains? One of the most exciting ways to explore it, is to go TUBING down the mountain stream ~ so much fun!!
Know before you goโฆ (๐๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐ค๐ง ๐๐ช๐ฉ๐ช๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐ง๐๐ซ๐๐ก๐จ)
๐ง๐๐ก๐ ๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐๐ซ ๐๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง moves a little faster and has two drops. Great for older kids and adults, but littles may need some help and a life jacket. The first drop is known to flip the tubes but if you lean back it seems to help balance it better.
๐ง ๐๐ก๐ ๐๐จ๐ฐ๐๐ซ ๐๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง is much slower and more mellow. No drops and great for younger kids. Youโll spend a lot of the time trying to โun-stickโ your tube from rocks since the water is really shallow. Itโs a fun adventure!๐คฃ
โจExtra tip: The best entrance is the upper section so for those who donโt want to take that first drop or have younger kids but still want to do the whole River, you can just paddle to the side and walk around that part. Then hop back in the water.
