My Efficient Process for Posting 2 Reels Per Day
It’s becoming surprisingly easier to post 2 reels per day compared to when I initially began this challenge! At first, it felt overwhelming, but I’ve become more efficient with my time and workflow. I’ve had so many people ask how it’s possible, so I thought I’d share my process.
I wake up early every morning and begin working on it immediately. I know people say you shouldn’t get on your phone as soon as you wake up, but early morning seems to be my most productive time creatively. Also, this way, I can get it done and then move on with my day. It takes me about 3 hours. During that time, here is what I accomplish:
1️⃣I create 3 videos - 2 that will be shared that day and one extra to be shared on the weekend, so I don’t have to work so much on Saturday and Sunday. This takes me about 30 minutes per video, so 1 1/2 hours total.
2️⃣Then I create captions for each post and use ChatGPT to help me check spelling and grammar, so I don’t have to read my captions over and over to make sure everything is correct. This saves a lot of time! I spend about 1 hour creating captions for all 3 videos.
3️⃣Next, I post one of my videos, comment back on previous posts, engage with other accounts, and save ideas and audio that’s trending. I spend about 30 min doing all of these.
✨Later that day I post the second video, but since everything is all ready to go, it doesn’t take long.
✨The 3 hours a day does not include the business side of things like emails and DMs with brands or companies I am currently working with or pitching to. That’s extra time!
Basically, I am treating this as a part-time job for 60 days and putting in about 25 hours total a week. I’m a stay-at-home mom, so I work on it while my kids are at school. My goal is to see if there is enough growth and opportunities to continue at this pace. Time will tell…
