Morning Routine for Mind, Body, and Soul
What’s included in your morning routine? The way you start your day has a great impact on how you feel. It’s a time to center yourself and prepare mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually for the day ahead! Here’s how I take time for each of these categories…
✅Spiritually: Connection with God- prayer and scripture study. You can also go out in nature or watch a sunrise to connect with something greater than yourself.
✅ Physically: A good workout, stretching, and healthy breakfast
✅ Emotionally: Reflective time through meditation, positive affirmations, or journaling writing
✅ Mentally: make a plan for the rest of the day and a quick clean around the house for mental clarity.
❌What I DON’T do: pick up my phone, until all of the above are done!
