✨Living in the moment✨ The concept of being fully present is something I learned several years ago. At the time, I was frustrated about a situation I was going through and wished I could change things in the past. At the same time, I was uncertain of how things were going to work out in the future. Yes, the past is good to learn from and the future is good to plan for, but dwelling there doesn’t get you anywhere. Focusing on NOW and what can be done TODAY gave me the momentum I needed to keep moving forward and finding peace. I learned how to find joy in the present and focus on the good around me and the people I love rather than worrying about the past or the future.
