Countdown to Summer Body Goals
Time to get my “summer bod” back and ready for swimsuit weather!👙🏝️☀️ 10 weeks until June and 10 lbs to lose! My goal is to get back to where I was in this photo.
I try not to get super focused on weight, but checking weight periodically can be a good way to gauge progress. Instead, I like to mainly focus on healthy habits.
Each week, from now until June, I will be focusing on a different healthy habit while exercising at least 4 times a week for 30 minutes and eating healthy on top of it. The extra goal each week will push me that much further! Check out my stories every Monday for my new weekly goal.
