Getting Fit Before 40
3.5 miles and feeling great ~ Love a good run on the beach!🌊 One of my 2021 goals is to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight... before I turn 40 next year!😬🥳

Everyone keeps telling me that once I hit 40, it’s even harder to stay fit ~ so I’m getting a head start💪 I’ve been off sugar since Jan 1st and set up a good exercise routine to stay on track. So far so good. I’m already halfway to my goal and it’s only January! 🎉
