Conquering Delicate Arch at Arches National Park
We made it to Delicate Arch!š¤© This is one of the most iconic arches out of the 2,000+ arches in this National Park! It canāt be seen from the road, so here are 3 ways to see this beauty: (save for future travels)
1ļøā£Lower Delicate Arch viewpoint- walk 100 yards to this viewpoint to see the arch from one mile away
2ļøā£Upper Viewpoint: near the other viewpoint, just a little further, .5 miles with stairs as part of the walk
3ļøā£Trail to see it up close - 3 miles roundtrip with a steady uphill trail on the way there. Youāll see a wall of Indian Petroglyphs and Wolfe Ranch cabin near the beginning of the trail.
āØInteresting fact: this is the largest free-standing arch in the park! Itās 46 feet high, 32 feet wide.
