There are so many fancy hotels🤩 and that may be exactly what you are looking for ~ but if you’re hoping to save money, here are some other options… 🏙 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐮𝐱𝐮𝐫𝐲 𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐬 ~ We knew our family would be too busy exploring the city to enjoy a nice hotel, so we like to save those kind of luxuries for when we can take advantage of all the amenities and feel like we’re getting our money’s worth. 🏙 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐧 ~ We found that Jersey City has an underground train that takes you right to Long Island. There were much more affordable places in that area —> @vrbo or @airbnb are great ways to find vacation rentals! 🏙 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 ~ the apartment we stayed in came with a train pass to get us to and from Long Island each day, then we used the subway system to get around the city. The accessibility of transportation allows you more flexiblity with where you stay. When booking a place, check to see how close it is to a train or subway station.
