It's time to talk about mental health.

Today is World Mental Health Awareness Day so I thought I would do a video talking about my history with mental health and how I got through it and what I do to keep my mind in a healthy state in the hope to open up a dialogue and hopefully help people find a little bit more happiness in life. 100% of all money made on this video will be donated to Mind.org.uk.
