Real Estate Success Story: From 0 to 250 Million in Sales

WOW. I never would have thought. As of today I’ve helped over 350 Homes buyers and sellers and sold $250,000,000+(Quarter of a Billion) worth of Real Estate in my 10 year career. But, it didn’t start that way. In 2014, my first year, I sold Exactly 0 (ZERO) Homes. 2015 I sold 4 homes. 2016, 9 Homes Sold 2017, 11 Homes Sold 2018, 27 Homes Sold 2019, 38 Homes Sold In 5 Full years I only sold about 50 properties. So far in 2024 myself and the amazing team around have already hit close to 50 homes Pending and Sold and we will help 150+ AMAZING people acquire or sell real estate this year. I say this because there have been many, many times along the way I’ve thought about giving up. Especially in those first 2 or 3 years when I was driving a moped to appointments, sleeping on tile floors and couldn’t afford a bed and eating spaghetti 7 days a week because it was actually cheaper than ramen noodles.
