What a fun weekend 📍Pueblo, CO🏔️ 📌Save for your next trip to Pueblo! The 30th annual Chile & Frijoles festival was so fun, make sure to join next September! 🌶️ 📌Things to do in Pueblo: - Explore the beautiful Riverwalk, view the levee murals (3 miles long!) and take a boat ride and learn the history on the @puebloriverwalk - Visit local farms! @mussofarmspueblo and @milbergerfarms were fun to check out and get some good food + produce - Coffee shops + cocktails - there are lots of great spots here including @the.sacred.bean, @manebrew, @solarroast, @analogue_pueblo are some of my favorites PUEB - Restaurants- there is such a good food scene here, great restaurants on the Riverwalk and make sure to try green chile - @theriverwok_puebloco is the newest restaurant with Asian cuisine and amazing cocktails (more info coming) - @angelosontheriverwalk with great pizza and patio - B Street Café with amazing breakfast - September Chile Festival- lots of great events including hot air balloon launch + glow, live music, competitions, and amazing food.
