Add 📍Minturn to your list to visit! 📌Save + send to who you’re going with! This town is so cute and walkable, and very close to Vail. Great hiking, a new biking byway to many CO mountain towns and more! Itinerary: - Stay at @eagleriverinn_minturn SO nicely decorated, love the outdoor seating spaces and hot tub and seriously the breakfast is amazing! They also have espresso available at all times, cookies and fruit, and the friendliest staff and owners! (hosted) - @evoke_vail for e-bike rentals! This was so fun to bike Minturn ↔️ Vail and see more. They reach speeds up to 22 mph and easy to use! (hosted) - @eagleriverwhisky for whisky tasting and cocktails. The owners are so fun to talk to and the space is so quaint. Highly recommend! (hosted) - @kirby_cosmos was a fun atmosphere and we took the recommendation of pig wings and they were seriously so good + tender. Also had to try the cowboy cup with beans, pulled pork, Mac n cheese, and bbq sauce (hosted) also are dog friendly inside and on the patio! - @rockymountaintaco torta was so good, loved the outdoor patio as well - Not shown but Holy Toledo is great for thrift shopping #colorado #explorecolorado #minturn #vail #vailcolorado
