Easy Dog Recall Training Exercise

Save this for some easy training✨ I am by no means a professional trainer - but here is one of the exercises we do to sharpen up Sedonas recall. HOW TO •have high reward treats •start with a low distraction environment/ then you can move to public spaces •cue your dog to sit and wait while you walk away •increase the distance you walk away to add difficulty •call your dog and reward *I shouldn’t have had to say wait twice - and I should have shortened the distance apart* Try only saying your cues once so that your dog doesn’t think the cue is “come , come , come …..ect.” I hope this helps with a fun way to train your dog on your next walk x
